Milk and cheese have definitely gone up too.
The price of everything is going up, or they are putting less in the same package.

Milk and many other basics like eggs are big time loss leaders for grocery chains. Things like shredded cheese and those imitation cheese things (kraft singles, etc...) can be as well. This is why the price of milk hasn't risen much and also why they always place the dairy section way off in the back corner of the grocery store so you have to walk past every other fukin aisle in the store.

Maybe the food of the dairy cows has also gone up a little.

Still seems ridiculous brah. $55 a month for whey? That's more than my gym membership.

Protein power is called a supplement for a reason

If it was meant as an only protein source, it would called a replacement.

As one guy said, just get your protein from natural sources.

If you train at an actual gym, take cottage cheese and a banana for your post workout.

Arent milk and cheese heavily subsidized by the guberment? Maybe that’s helping to keep the retail prices stable?
