Since I was a kid. Teachers used to ask me to bring soda into the classroom so I'd stay awake. Always feel like I'm half asleep and nothing has ever helped.

Same here brah

One of the most difficult parts of my day is usually just getting out of bed in the morning even if I’m already up

Always stressed out all the time, the smallest thing will turn my adrenal glands on. BRB looking for my car keys and they’re not on the counter where I thought I left them, fight or flight mode kicks on

Dink doesn’t work 75 percent of the time either

Considering going to a doctor and seeing if they can prescribe me a bicycle srs

I know this feel.

Could be 24 years of heavy coffee drinking catching up. Adrenal gland is toast.

I dealt with this recently. I had been feeling exactly as you describe for a long time, so I had blood tests done which checked a wide variety of things. All within normal range. I spoke to a couple of doctors and one recommended I start taking a magnesium supplement. Magnesium deficiency is widespread, they estimate about 30% of people are affected by it. I'm also taking multi-strain probiotics.

I take magnesium citrate 1480mg, which provides 440mg of elemental magnesium. It took a few days to kick in and I've never felt better. I honestly feel better now at 40 than when I was in my 20s-30s, srs. The brain fog, memory issues and fatigue have gone. I also used to get frequent headaches, which have completely stopped now. I'm also sleeping much better. It's been an absolute game-changer for me.

I think the probiotics are also doing their part. The vast majority of your body's serotonin is produced by gut bacteria, so if you don't have a balanced gut flora it's bound to have some negative effects on how you feel generally.

feel the same for the past few years literally... all the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome too. just went to the doctor for a follow-up blood test - low iron, low vitamin D. free test kinda low but not horrible. dink still works most of the time. i used to supplement iron because it was low like 5 years ago when i was last tested but didn't notice any changes so i stopped.

i wish i could tell you what works, but i have no idea. maybe some lifestyle changes would help? new job, new project, new hobby, blow some money on a new car or some sht?

maybe depression

What did you check on blood test?

Testosterone and other androgen levels? Thyroid hormone levels?

Could be anything bro. You feel depressed? Not getting enough sleep? Either way, it definitely is not normal to feel tired all the time:

My job requires me of thinking in English which is not my native language, and so do my other daily activities like listening to audiobooks, watching movies, and missing. While that makes me tired mentally, I can learn a lot by doing so.

Lifting weights, jogging and practicing Karate physically exhaust me but I really enjoy them.

By the end of the day, I feel really tired mentally and physically but in a good way and Sake tastes GOOD. When I go to bed I sleep like a log.

When I wake up in the morning, I always feel great and am ready to start my new day.

So the answer to the question is no, not alwaysjust only at the end of the day.

Up the vitamins and minerals, especially zinc, magnesium, selenium, vit d, super B, and add ginko and ashwaghanda. Take them consistently.

Cardio, lots of it.

Start eating fish a lot more often and start earing clean and with calorie restriction.

Start drinking lots of water. Lots of it.

Do all of the above steady and with discipline for several months and you will see benefits.

Depends. If I go to sleep early a few nights in a row and get 7+ hours of sleep I get real lazy and once I've been awake 12 hours or so I just get tired as Fuk and am srs a useless human bean. Weird thing is if I wakemaxx and only sleep 5.5-6.5 hours per night I am energetic throughout the day and get a lot more done.
