Ronnie Coleman: The King, a 2018 Netflix documentary is pretty good if you haven't seen it.

Same! Those DVDs are legendary. Ronnie cruising in his hummer, subwoofer so fuking loud it just clips the audio like mad lmfao. 100 degrees in that dungeon gym massive industrial fans blowing. YEAH BUDDAAAAYYYYYYYYYY, WOOOOOO!! LIGHT WEIGHT!

It is really sad what happened to him but Ronnie Coleman exemplifies resilience. Dude is so positive despite all of his hardships. We can really learn a lot from his perspective on life.

Because of that didn't he need like 8 or 9 additional surgeries on his spine? It's a shame that he isn't healthy today, seeing him walk is just heartbreaking.
