Teleportation but reading minds was a close second. You could make some serious connections/money off reading minds. You could also teleport into bank vaults a take money but I wouldn't be as keen on straight up stealing.

Read minds. Not for the money or power, though it would be easier to use that way. More-so because knowing what people are thinking would give me a better understanding of things. People, motivations, purpose, struggles, etc. i think it would better help me than just teleporting money into my house. It might even help me see where money would be better spent than on me. Don’t get me wrong, I’d abuse the fuk out if the ability. I just think that particular ability would make it eaiser to use power for the right reasons.
