Do you make your own meatballs or buy the frozen ones ?

The frozen ones are really convenient but the macros are pretty trash. 240 cal for like 6…. I need at least 12.

Frozen meatballs not even once.

I’d rather eat dog chit off the ground ded fkin srs.

Homemade meatballs are the way to go. Actually have a hnnnnnng recipe for polpettes (Sicilian fried meatballs) my grandfather passed down from the old country. Might make those tomorrow.
