Rate dinner/ (fishy Sunday)

6 pieces of ocean perch seasoned with sunshine salt and topped with some cilantro/lime dressing, side of broccoli and washing down with some MTN Dew

Blackstone griddle was one of the best investments I’ve made, it’s cooks everything damn near perfect

I owned one of those once in 2014 and returned it. It was terrible at holding temperature but I see them everywhere now so I guess they fixed that. Time to try them again.

They still have issues but they sent me a regulator and it sorta fixed the issue, it works best with blue rhino propane for whatever reason though. Next time I use it I’ll have to bring out the temp gun and see what temp it’s reading
