What is your resting heart rate?
Quick guide:
80+ = you likely have one more sitting US President left in your lifespan before kicking the bucket. Either old or obese
70-80 = you lift? Doesn’t matter, still an unhealthy fat phuck. Stop bulking every now and then and go on a jog
60-70 = normal gym 3x a week but chit diet heart rate. This is on the cusp of athlete but you likely aren’t committed fully to fitness or just lift and do nothing else
50-60 = This is athlete stage, your goal should be a sub 60 HR for overall well rounded fitness IMO. Anything else and not worth bragging about any lift numbers
40-50 = now we are talking. This is elite territory. Most likely reserved for marathon runners, triathletes, cyclist, Ironman, etc. here is where the real trade off between mass and endurance sports starts though , won’t get down to this level without sacrifices
< 40 = you are a god. Or dead. One of the two

57-60 when totally relaxed. During sleep a little lower still.
Will jump to 70-80 with any activity though, even working at a desk and thinking about stuff will make it jump to 70-80.
Edit : Although just checked now and at 59 even though I'm working on emails etc

Any other time of day it's going to be elevated somewhat.

50-55 most days. Sleeping down to low as 38 but avg more like 40-45 sleeping.
I have sinus arrhythmia/bradycardia and can watch it go down to 48-50 by exhaling and holding my breath lol. Jumps right back up to 60 on inspiration though. Walking avg BP is like 90(just walking around not exercise). When I exercise (just walking moderate pace) it hits about 130-140. I'm fat as **** though so its weird. I reckon its because when I was a kid till about 15 I was active AF. Then sedentary from 15-18. Then joined the Army. I remember going to sick call and the docs being like wtf you have a low resting HR. Don't remember the number. I want to say it was like 42.
Also I think its partly genetic. My Dad was damn near an elite cycler when he had me. My mom was eastern European genes and always fit and skinny AF.

Most of it depends on genetics.
For example women have a higher resting heart rate, yet live longer than men;

When i was running races (5k,10k, 1/2 marathons, army 10 miler) it was 42 with the polar chest strap heart rate monitor, but i transitioned to other sports and focused on lifting.
I have only used the inaccurate Fitbit lately.... and it is 62, but cardio is still pretty easy to me.
Now that it is warm and the gym is getting a little boring ,for the moment, i am transitioning to sports outside which will drop the number.

There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!
