Hurt my arm

I had one of the best lifting days yesterday to the point It was enlightening but last night well pretty much while having sex I leaped off the bed and landed on my elbow. Thank goodness I do have large triceps or some bone would have most definitely broke but it’s swollen as hell. Im not one who cares about pain so for me to say it hurts well it hurts. Still got to do 2 jobs and bet I squeeze the gym in but damn. No more heavy for a hope a day 😅
