It’s 72 in my house and I sweat like a mad man at night. Had my thyroid checked doc says im fine so don’t think it’s that. What do you night sweaters do to control it? **** sucks.

I also had night sweats. It happened as soon as I fell asleep. as if someone turned on my oven at 200 degrees and my pressure jumped to 150/100.

In my case, it turned out that I am sensitive to some air pollutants. The doctor told me to drink reduced glutathione 3 capsules a day, to go to the sauna (infrared, not steam, so that the toxins do not come out through the bloodstream but through the skin) and aged garlic capsules. It took about 30 days for me to get rid of the symptoms.

I also had to follow the pollution map and when the degree is high I bought a ffp2 mask for the days when the pollution is too high.

Just remember that you have to find glutathione in lipo****l or reduced form for absorption. They also have glutathione patches that stick on and last for a day.

Sometimes yeah. I deduced that it happens only after cheat meals. My diet is really nutrient dense and "clean" 95% of the time but I do like to sometimes indulge at the end of the week and I'll wake up at like midnight sweaty even if the house is cool if I've had a lot of sugar. Apart from that, I'm usually good.
