Can you eat steak/ground beef if it has been in the freezer, but expired months ago?

Title. Found some steaks that expired on November 2021, and some ground beef that had a sell by date in February 2022 in my freezer. Been thinking so much about making some good steak and potato burritos hnnnnngh

Quality of meat turns to sh*t after its frozen

I just buy what I need in the moment. If I'm not eating it within 3 days I don't buy it. ***got.

Not right away.

Beef can stay good if vacuum sealed and stored properly for a long ass time and lose basically zero quality.

Seafood can store for 6 months to a year. But I do notice a quality difference between fresh to frozen.... but it still stays good for a long while.

I had Halibut burgers tonight, caught the Halibut last summer and vaccuum sealed it, thawed it out tonight and it tasted like day I bought it.

FDA says 6-12 months after expiration if frozen

if the color is good, the smell is still like fresh beef you should be good to go. 1 month is nothing.

Better start putting meats in the freezer just in case, food shortages might become worse.
