Thinking about buying a Trailer to live in srs

Like a nice toy hauling one 2017 with full kitchen ect

Payment is like a mortgage 200$ a month for 12 years lol


I want to move from California

Start over

I have vast knowledge of beverage production industry

I could fit into beverages/ wine / beer ect

How much would it cost to live in a park with power and water? With laundry on site in let’s say Or or Idaho ?

Here in CA it’s like 800$ srs

Figure I can drop my jobs here if I find a place to tow the trailer and it’s 500$ my payment would be 200


I could survive off of 1200$ a month

My skills in construction or manufacturing ect would be above entry level so o figure I could walk into 3k a month job with ease

I need help I’m 32 I have no hope of owning a home here in CA

I just want a 7/10 LTC brunette
I just want to take my celltech
Enjoy a 6 pack on Friday night

And save money for a house

Is that so hard and not live in a liberal chit hole

Lol ngl I've been thinking about buying a jeep wrangler or something and living in that phuking thing lately. At least in california if worst comes to worst and you end up homeless it won't be as bad cuz of the weather. I live in libcuck shthole Toronto man if I become homeless I'll be freeze-rotting to death in the winter.

LOL... I have a good friend that's never been married , no kids , gone a couple of weeks at a time for work etc. etc... He bought a nice camper and parked it at a nice campground for extended stay thats on a huge recreational lake... parks his 34' Baja in a slip right behind him... storage facility full of toys... Dude is legit happy as he could be. I say go for it.

Nothing wrong with living in a trailer, you don't really need a mortgage for it either

I have one I use recreational and I enjoy it. I could probably full time in it with no issues as long as there is a nice outdoor setup along with it.

Best part is there is no property tax on the RV. That saves a ton.

I don't know how to help, but I wish you the best in realizing your dreams bro. Sounds like a decent plan of getting out of a lib chithole. But make sure to think it out thoroughly before executing. It might just turn into a 'grass is greener' situation if you YOLO it.

Standard 5th Wheel, largest you can tow will have a much better and open layout if you're not actually hauling toys.

I've stayed in both and own a 32' toy hauler. If considering living, standard 5th is much, MUCH more spacious and has more room for living storage/cabinets inside. They are cheaper too because the frames are smaller and they haul less overall weight.

Nothing wrong if you're single and looking at 800k tear down homes in CA.

I just bought the cheapest chitty apartment I could find within 1 hrs of my job. Srs . Some campers cost the same. I'm renovating it slowly. I live in the most dangerous place in my state srs. I need to get out , need a new job and need to have a kid soon, but no way I can raise a kid here.
