Anybody watching the Halo TV series?
I love it, but then again I'm a Halocel fanboy from day one. But I checked online to see the consensus and it's getting a lot of hate.

I like it but the main actor is way too brooding and wooden. Sucks because that's how his part is written.
He was great as the drunk leprechaun in American Gods, so I know it's the writing that sucks not the actor.
It's just really slow paced, and the 2nd plot with the Asian kid and the black dude is really bad. 99 percent of the cast are sloots or minorities too so you can see the writing on the wall about how woke it's going to be. It definitely doesn't have a military feel to it at all.
