Bone-in skin-on is the only option for true high-test alphas. Much better than that poverty **** Gordon is posting that looks like a bunch of chickens took a dump in his air fryer that he then proceeded to cook.

De bone them and leave the skin on.

Marinate in soy sauce, Chinese five spice, white pepper and garlic for 30 mins. Good.
