I have been taking creatine since @21 yo regularly till @35 when I fell off working out. Then started taking again @40 till here I am, very fit 52. ZERO balding, not even greying except for a few strands. No salt/pepper. I think the people on it that went bald were going to go bald regardless. No cell tech or TRT, not needed.
