Tudor and Omega are great choices. There are also plenty of other brands that would be great as well. (Longines, Oris, Grand Seiko, Breitling, etc)

My advice is try on as many as you can to get a true feel for what you like

As noted by the date on the watch, 7/10. Not a fan of the bezel design, the rounded hands, and the way the case is cut looks strange, especially the transition into the bracelet.

Theoretically you can, but good luck actually finding one. I'm on the "waitlist" with a couple of Rolex dealers but it seems like if they actually get any in stock they call their established customers first.

Bro watches in and of themselves are completely useless in a world where everyone is carrying a phone around in their pocket. Practicality isn't an especially important metric when selecting them anymore I don't think.

Watches appreciating in value is nonsense imo

But to each own I guess

It's nice to be able to look at your wrist for information tho. Yeah, phones tell time too. And of course they look neat aesthetically. No one cares if it's solar or automatic.

Just go for an Omega Speedmaster Professional. Looks great with both casual and dressy wear.

I collected vintage wristwatches for 20+ years and accumulated 200+ watches. Probably had $30K in them and started selling them when I retired. Have more than doubled what I spent so far and will probably get another $10K for the ones I haven't sold yet.

Depends why you're buying it. If you're buying it for the look, no reason to spend 2k on a watch.

If you're buying it for an investment or to flex, then idk if I'd get this bad boy...

6/10. Looks like a Tissot PRX.

The Citizen Chronomaster is a great deal if you don't mind quartz. It is +/- 10 seconds per year.
