I've worked in high end places that are extremely tedious and I've very disciplined. Working in a dirty place just doesen't sit right with me. Fruits and potatoes on the literal ground in the walk in cooler, no lids on freshly made sauces and for some reason they are sitting next to dishwasher for hours, bar mats that haven't been washed in months. This place is really successful and busy as well. I recently found out our health inspector is buddies with the owner so he doesen't check chit. How can I make a anonymous tip to the health inspectors? People eat and drink here and it just isn't right brahs. Im okay with getting the place shut down lul
