What if the housing market doesn’t crash anytime soon?
And all the normies just lost 5-10 yrs of opportunity to build equity?
“It’s a housing bubble bro, I saw the big short once and this is just like it!”
“Why would you want to tie yourself down with a mortgage?”
“But you still pay property taxes”
“All I have to do is vote AOC and give her all my money and she will fix everything!”
“Money isn’t even real, it’s just a social construct. We can print more whenever we want”
“BRB replenishing my only fans subscription”
Lmao Chairman Mao would love you cucks

Would be nuts if everything continues to crash except for the housing market.
I just dont know how long this can keep up for. Unless these major corporations continue to buy up the land and force the middle and lower classes to be forced to pay absurd amounts. Which then continues to kill the market because people could only afford mortgage/rent.
We really need the correction to happen everywhere.

Wells Fargo is laying off mortgage origination employees right now, lmao.
https://www.bizjournals.com/charlott...-division.html
Here's the deal
-Real estate is a highly leveraged purchase
-RE prices depend hugely on interest rates
-A cabal of unelected central bankers sets interest rates
-They directly control where the housing market will go.
Right now they want to raise rates to tamp down on inflation, and new mortgage origination is cratering. It's already down 12% since January. But if they stepped on the gas pedal tomorrow and cut rates to 0 or Euro style NIRP... we'd leave 2021 prices in the dust.
Plain and simple, housing is a nationalized market. It will cost whatever the Federal Reserve wants it to be.

The housing market rarely “crashes”. 2008 was an unprecedented event.

But when? it was supposed to be three years ago, then two, then last year and now the imminent future
