That's the same arch most powerlifters use. Those extreme archs are hella rare and usually female.

How good are his other lifts? I only ever see him bench.

What's crazy beyond his strength is those spotters and safeties aren't doing chit if that weight drops for any reason.

I wonder at what weight most people "give up" on spotting bench. I don't know if I'd be comfortable spotting something like 4 plates.

Julius has squatted well into the 700s not even training it and I think recently had an 820lb safety bar squat. For not training it at all and for his size, he gets pretty low too.

Pretty sure he's deadlifted quite a lot of weight as well. So not a one trick pony. Just special at one movement

I've used bench shirts before, it makes the whole movement a lot different, basically all your power is needed at the lock out since the shirt does a lot of work for you on the bottom end. The numbers people put up in bench shirts are unreal, but its not easy.
I've actually had a bench shirt rip on me when i went to press the bar up, thought i was going to die

You should look up a deadlift suit

I can’t even imagine being underneath all this weight. I don’t think I could unrack even half of that. How on gods green earth does a human being become this strong?
