Never played that one. Used to play this one back around 1992 or 93 at the grocery store. Fukker got a lot of my quarters. At the time the graphics great and the fact there were actual pedals and cab made it cool AF.
I've got the game for ms dos, I'll have to revisit it one day.
Anyone remember Spyhunter at some arcades/places:
1JYuPm-eVOyoutube]
Fuark! I had this game at home and I’m trying to think of what system it was for. I feel like it was some type of retro combo pack. Like one of those discs that had several old games on one disc

Should get emulators on your computer and play again.
Those old games can be pretty fun once in a while especially on a nice big screen.
I used to play 'Turtles in Time' a bunch when I had an emulator on my computer.

Unforgettable music on the main menu of Crusin' USA:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJWjq76qEIQ
"Yeahhhhhhhh, whoa, whoaaaaah.... whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa, whoa!"
And making the license plate for your car contain curse words
... what a joy as a youngster!
