What routine are yall running?

I'm currently doing full body workouts three times per week with some cardio mixed in. Lookin to switch it up soon. What are you guys doin??

I'm doing chest, back, delts and arms every saturday.

Bench, incline, cable rows, side raises, and bicep/tricep machines.

I don't really lift tbh, but play soccer 2 times a week, and go hiking every weekend.

Also, like sprinting love cardio.

I’ve toyed around with simplifying my routine, but I feel like I can never do everything I want to do with a full body routine, volume wise.

Full body is a scam that'll leave you in the gym for hours, or with several body parts lacking.

take rest days when needed which is rare if ever

dont like taking days off and this routine gives ample time for recovery and growth
