-1 month goes by op emails HR, they say I am still under consideration
-2 month goes by op emails HR, they say I am still under consideration
-3 months go by receive automated rejection letter at 12:30 am without opportunity for the second round

-op is pissed and emails this snobby company and tells them he understands there are not roles for everyone but to get their **** together and stop being disrespectful.

God I love burning bridges **** those pieces of crap snobby ass bitches at that institution

The hoops and hurdles you have to dive through in interviews are why the vast majority of my team are stagnant and content despite the pay being below market rate. Once you take a step back and see it for what it is though, you decide that 3% annual raises in an economy with inflation rates as high as 8.5% currently are just not worth it. Company-hopping is the only way to outpace inflation, short of getting directly promoted and negotiating.
