I’m on a train right now, i literally just took a 180 view of all the young males (sub 40) and they all have noticeable guts showing through their clothes

That low-key is a muscular torso compared to the average man.

He was in okay shape back in the day

In my pre-lifting days I would definitely have thought the Biebs was jacked like a god in this pic.

Now days I recognize 13" biceps when I see them.

But in fact this is probably the type of body we should all be striving for.

This modern era where every person is riding a bicycle, genetically gifted, or spent years eating 4000 calories a day to become a bloat lord with big guns has resulted in terrible body dysmorphia for like 95% of male lifters I think.
