I just figured out a way to HACK the Job Application SYSTEM!

So, I am a corporate software sales person and I was having some trouble getting interviews at companies that I really wanted to work for. I was applying to jobs at SalesForce, Google, Oracle, Amazon, etc but nothing, completely ghosted, no call backs etc

So I decided that I would do a test. I started applying to jobs and I put that I am either Trans or Gay, or non binary on my application, and also putting that I am mixed race and not Caucasian.

Literally the following week I had 10 emails in my inbox - with top companies lining up to interview me. So currently I have google lined up for next week and a zoom interview. I just bought a Pride Flag on amazon to put on the background of my home office and currently changing my pronouns in my LinkedIn bio to they/them.

Its literally a night and day difference in response rate that I get. I suggest try it, let me know your results!

Not sure if you are trolling my post bro. There is no WAY an employer can find out if you are gay or non binary or mixed race or not, they have no idea. However the other **** you mentioned, an employer can do a background check and you will be ****ed

Definitely list your race as mixed and your gender as Trans... in the interview, wear a dress and a wig if necessary.... and then after they hire you, you can ditch the wig and the dress and go back to being a normal person.

If you apply to jobs at any big tech corporation they usually ask you in a questionnaire or on the application what you identify as etc. Also if you have a LinkedIn profile you can virtue signal with banners on your profile as well as add pronouns which is like candy for these HR Diversity and Inclusion people.

Also can't hurt to appear "gay" in your interview. Just act the part

Not in the resume, but on the application portal when you fill in demographic information like Race, Age, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Citizenship Status....

You'd be surprised HR filters by these demographics first before they even review the resumé for qualifications.


And here's the real kicker, if you get hired as a trans person, they won't dare hold you accountable for quality job performance because they'd be too scared of a lawsuit.... you'd basically get paid just to show up....

White high school kids applying to colleges started hacking the system the same way. I remember from last year something like 20-25% of white kids were putting down they were not white. Works like a charm. Even if my kids weren't hispanic I'd be telling them to put that down for all forms in the future.
