Anyone ever boof a sandwich?

Thinking to start boofing my postworkout meals for the ultimate insulin spikes and absorbtion, for maximun gains. (Ded fkn Srs)

Unless you're already at max potential, body composition-wise, it will have zero effect, compared to the more practical steps you could otherwise choose to take.

Even if you were already competition ready it still probably wouldn't do sh*t.

No, but I also haven't taken dried up bull testicle powder either.

The point is, if you haven't achieved all the benefit you can from the basics, the frilly stuff isn't going to somehow multiply those benefits for you first.
