true facts. I have been trying to explain sesonings to my mom.

She will have a giant whole chicken and it will be maybe one sprinkle each salt and pepper. Thats it, then wonder why it is tasteless.

I’ll season with salt, pepper, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, lime juice etc.

But can’t fathom people who put garlic salt on EVERYTHING.
