If you can’t do weighted pull ups with 100lbs

You probably have a weak back (Srs)

Most I can do is 25kg/55lbs for 5x5 on weighted chins. Hope to reach that number soon.

i attribute my decent back to weighted pullups and deadlifts, srs. Also I always got complimented on my traps but never did direct trap work ever.

100lb was about the most I could do for a weighted pullup. brb weak grip.

I weigh 175-180 and most I got was +85.

Been doing my best to maintain, but I think its dropped since I have only been doing regular pullups on occasion. Moved + new job and routine to develop.

Need to get back at it.

Anything over a plate for reps gets my respect, shows a person has put some work in

Yeah weighted pull ups took my back to the next level, I’m still pretty good at deadlifts too even tho I don’t do them, i probably attribute my back to both too

Probably 80 lbs for 1-2 (srs)
