It’s been broken for close to 10 years and I’m not even joking. If I search my username nothing newer than 2013 shows up.

it's not fixed because it was an easy solution to the million of requests for entire histories of posts to be deleted

now it's almost impossible to dig up embarrassing posts of the past and use it to blackmail
