From tits up, yes. First real girlfriend ever was that big up top but a thin build, about 5'8" tall. Huge breasts were in her family, so she had them as a teenager.

lol I would hope most of you PH@G HATS have experienced this.

To answer your question OP its obviously thicker and their skin is tighter (usually) still soft though. The first thought that comes to mind is the extra gravity the added mass has produced so you can feel her wight, she'll almost feel fat.
