Have you trained consistently from the age of 19 or did you have any breaks inbetween? (just curious).

In any case I would say you're probably in the top 1% of 52 year olds.

I've always done some kind of lifting, but had periods where that was my focus vs periods where my focus was running marathons and ultra marathons and I was much thinner and shredded af.
