Has anyone sold their car to CarMax in the last 1-2 months?

I used Carvana before to sell my wifes car, and it went perfectly smooth. No alteration to the offer, and it took about 10 minutes.

I recently got my car appraised by CarMax ( Carvana's offer was very low) and they offered me a ridiculously high amount for my car. It's way too good to be true. I'm wondering if anyone else has cashed in on high offers like this or if CarMax is just using it to get people to the dealerships and they end up deducting thousands for BS little stuff and assume the buyer will take it.

If my local CarMax was around the corner I'd just take it over, but the closest one is 1.5hrs away.
