what are the best fitness YT channels these days?

I havent watched any vids in a while and like them for motivation.

There was a filipino or cambodian guy who owned a gym who I liked but cant remember his details

If I had to really choose, Chris Bumstead.

Videos are calm, relaxed and focused on his fitness journey on and off seasons with good information lifting wise and dieting.

I also like that although we know he's on gear, he doesn't promote his physique as something attainable by everyone and shills false promises that anyone can do what he does.

Otherwise, most fitness YouTubers got out of the fitness game and they're mostly just vloggers who show their day to day life or their business hustle, if that's your thing.

It’s all trash now. Everyone just peddles their own supplement lines or whatever else they can get you to buy. Lot of ****** on there too now.

every twink zoomer at my gym has a fitness page. It's so cringe seeing them take selfies flexing in the mirror with their gay, broccoli head friends the whole time.

Yeah almost every dude in the gym now has broccoli hair i quit going because it seems more like a fashion show than a gym now and i couldn't get any equipment

In terms info there isn’t that much good out there.

John meadows was good for beginners. All his sh*t is still up

Jordan Peters has started to upload lately. Doesn’t seem too in depth but some good info

Besides that not much. Instagram has better info on it than YouTube these days
