Fitbit is a legit trash product
BRB refuse to stay synced
BRB way over counting steps (unless you find it realistic to have 18k steps by 11am wfh when the only times you’ve gotten up from your desk is for more coffee or to chit)
BRB breaking after less than a year, multiple hardware and software issues
BRB just LMAO at online help and lack of support fixing any issue
Save yourself any hassle and get a different fitness watch

Go back to pen and paper and using your hands for most tasks, most modern tech is unnecessary and usually harmful.

I did like the fitbit app on phone more, but the hardware tech is superior.
Counts a lot less steps, was over 10K every single day on fitbit, now around 7-8k on garmin so agree, it was probably over counting.
My resting heartrate was average 55-56 on fitbit, and on garmin its 49-51. SO2 levels seem to be about same between the garmin epix2 & my sense.

Yea wasted money on this chit for my wife.
Broke fast, 2nd just never worked.
I would never invest in this kind of chit for myself. At most I care about is my heart rate while working out.
How many steps I do is irrelevant.
