Your post title is confusing. What are you looking for?

If you want to do an Ironman (an incredibly long, endurance-based, non-weightlifting competition), you aren't going to train like a poewrlifter.

And powerlifting isnottrained the same as Oly lifting, and they have very different end goals.

Please clarify your title and what you are looking for. Thanks.

Those are....how did you pick those two goals, exactly? Like, together? I think you're going to have a rough time with that.

LOL alright, well Matt Fitzgerald's book 80/20 Triathlon can get you there. He's the GOAT of tri training. Be Iron Fit is another solid program. Good luck!

Your goals are lofty op and you will be training 6 days a week.

Mon- Am training 5/3/1 progression bench with only simple assistance like pull-ups and dips
Pm training biking or running progression for Ironman
Tues- Am training 5/3/1 progression deadlift with no assistance
Afternoon training maybe yoga or active stretching
Pm training a simple Olympic progression like Dan John’s beginner Olympic program (take out the pressing)
Wed- Am training running or biking progression for Ironman
Afternoon training yoga
Pm training swim progression for Ironman
Thurs- Am training active recovery
Pm training 5/3/1 progression back squat with maybe simple ab training after
Fri- Am training Dan John’s beginner oly program progression (only oly lifts)
Pm training swim progression for Ironman
Sat- Run and bike progression for Ironman
Sun- full rest with yoga, massages, stretching, slow walks etc

You could probably train this way if you structure your whole life around training. You will have to lower your strength workload as you ramp up Ironman training and vice versa for strength. You will have no life outside of training so keep that in mind.

Here you go brah. Secret sauce to winning every comp you will enter.

For oly:
Monday
Snatch to 1RM (3×3)
CNJ to 1RM (3×2)
Back Squats (5-7 x 3-5)
Clean Pulls (5 x 3)
Behind neck push press (5 x 2-5)

Tuesday
Snatch to 1RM (5-8 x 2-3) – Overhead squat after completion of each rep)
Snatch Balance (5-8 x 1-3)
Snatch Pulls (5-6 x 2-3)
Block High Snatch Pulls with Rebend (6-8 x 2-3)

Wednesday
Clean + FS + Jerk 1RM (5-8 x 2)
Front Squats (5-8 x 1 -3)
Clean Pulls (5-6 x 3)
Behind Neck Push Jerk (8 x 1)
Push Press (5 x 3 )

Thursday
Back Squats to 1RM (6-8 x 2-5)
Snatch 85-90% (2-3 x1)
Clean and Jerk 85-90% (2-3 x1)
Strict Press (5 x 3-5)

Friday
Snatch to 1RM (3 x 1)
CNJ to 1RM (3 x 1)
Snatch Pulls (5 x 3)
Block snatch high pull with rebend (5 x 2-3)
Jerk Drives (8×3) – About the same weight as your max 1RM back squats

Saturday
Front Squats to 1RM (5-6 x 1-3)
Platform Clean Deadlifts (5-6 x 1-3)
Snatch Balance (5-6 x 1-3)
Push Jerk (5×1-3)

That is chinese style weightlifting.

Now for powerlifting, max out every session along with **** tons of accessory.

Make sure to take copious amounts of drugs and intravenous drugs. So meth is absolutely recommended for these sessions.

You want to supplement like a scientist and eat loads of food.

You also want to sleep max 12 hours to.
