Rate my dinner/10 (Wednesday night bulking)

Homemade meat sauce (93/7 ground beef) stuffed shells cooked in a mini cast iron pan and topped with fresh fontina cheese, side today is 4 chicken tenders in spicy bbq sauce and washing down with an elderberry seltzer
