Anyone not like the way a Netipot/nelimed sinus rinse makes you feel ?
I feel like it doesn’t do anything but give me a headache and feel like I’m choking. Anyone else not like them

I'm not a big fan, but if you use it after doing Pepsi you don't feel like such a degen the next day.

i got a HCL solution + nebulizer device a few months ago to counter mucus buildup in chest when covid was really hitting hard late last year
try your local walgreens for budesonide nasal spray, that is good. and fluticasone propionate nasal spray. they started to sell those OTC without a prescription

Use Pollen Barrier like HayMax to reduce the amount of stuff hitting your nose, on really bad days use something like Pirinase spray. Keep your windows closed as much as possible-seems tree pollen has been causing a lot if not all of the heart stuff I have had lately.
