Wife's office robbed this morning....police did nothing.
She works at an MRI & Ultrasound Outpatient clinic downtown, not a bad area......The front office girls are behind a wall/glass windows and to get any farther than the lobby you have to be buzzed through the door....
Guy came in last week asking for food/money and they told him they didn't have any and that if he wasn't there for imagining he needed to leave, so he did....
He walks in this morning at 830, demands money.....they tell him no, he pulls out knife and demands again, girl behind the desk pulls out her Hellcat (4 of the 9 employees carry, including my wife) and tells him to get the fuk out
He grabs the basket of candy and box of pens on the table and runs out of the office, slashes 3 of the cars in the parking lots tires and then just hangs around the parking lot. The girls take pics of him....
Another girl called the cops as soon as he pulled out the knife
This is where the story gets fukked....
Cops show up 35 minutes later...after being called 2 more times....and tell them "yea, we know who the guy is, we've gotten multiple other calls about him in the last few weeks, but we just cant seem to catch him" to which my wife says "well maybe if you showed up sooner you'd be able to catch him, he was hanging around the parking lot for 15 minutes" to which they replied "well, if you see him around again call us and we'll get here as soon as we can" to which the lady who pulled on him says "if I see him around here again with that knife I'm going to shoot him, then I bet you'll get here fast"
The girls show the cops the pictures and file police reports and they leave.

Cops are much more of an administrative after the fact type of response force. They just can't be everywhere all the time.

i used to read comments on ******** about cops. Like for example when a police oficer is alone you cant be arrested!
You dont know the facts why they arrived 35 mins late. Or maybe it was 20 mins late and your gf over exaggerated it.

Thanks to BLM and the defund crowd. What's worse is when they catch him there won't be much done. He will be back out before you know it. They will find any reason why not to charge him with armed robbery.
Democrats see them as people, not as criminals. BLM's ideas are very Marxist and part of their belief is that some people just are criminals, just can't follow the rules, but they are still people and it's wrong to try to imprison them for being who they are. So the idea is to make sure that most people walk the line, but accept those who don't. Just like London's Muslim mayor said terrorism is just apart of life. What BLM thinks is that their people will be able to just do as they please. Not quite, it will only go so far.
Eventually, people are going to realize that the police are useless and start taking the law into their own hands. Lynch mobs, you name it. Justice will be handed out by whoever is the alpha of the group. Who knows what will happen. Someone with status said you did it, it's done, and if they decide you need to die, you're dead, except how they will kill you, lots of possibilities there.

Calls hold op, you can't just run off from one call b/c another one comes out. Also, dispatchers won't give calls out if there aren't 2 to go on some calls. There are many factors at play here and it could be anything. Yeah, it could be lazy officers, but it could be something legit. You seem pretty entitled from what I've seen of your posts, so this doesn't surprise me really.

Might be an unpopular opinion: but I actually sympathize with the cops in this situation.
These men probably have families, and considering how hostile the US has become towards law enforcement, if they end up having to use lethal force then they might end up sparking another George Floyd incident.
Keep in mind, it's an midterm election year, which means the democrats are just itching for some sort of race-related media frenzy to distract from how they're destroying the country. That Supreme Court memo "leak" was intentional because they needed a hot social issue to solicit campaign money and votes. Imagine having a race issue take center stage in addition to the abortion issue, they would LOVE that.

You seem pretty entitled from what I've seen of your posts, so this doesn't surprise me really.
You other fgts are acting like left wing tinfoil hat bitches. Trust me most of you have it VERY wrong. It's the most misunderstood profession on the planet and unless you've done it you wouldn't get it. The VAST majority of them want to do a good job and do a good job. Their hands are tied at times.
As for tickets jfl. 95% of leo's HATE writing tickets. Troopers may be different b/c they do that more, but city officers hate it.
