I was driving through Greenville, SC today and saw one of these...

The sign actually said 'NO VAGRANCY, NO LOITERING. GREENVILLE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE'

It was along the sidewalk of a busy street near downtown. Not a homeless person in sight. The American South = GOAT

Just don't come to savannah or the edge of Hilton head, the beggers still rampant, there's a whole tent city under one of the overpasses in savannah 😒
