where to find trendy, 7" inseam swim shorts???

I would expect places like H&M and Target to have cheap trendy swim wear but all they sell is those big ass baggy shorts that make you look like a SoCal cholo.

What major department stores have the cool trendy swim shorts?

i recommend RVCA. i know you want shorter and they have them - look on their website. but i love these - perfect length and a slim athletic cut -

I just bought ten thousand brand shorts (foundation short) and use those for swimsuits as well.
