Rate my diet...

Been lifting for around 10 years. Was always a super skinny hard gainer as a teenager, then did some of dat der celltech and put on a load of weight. Not touched any of that stuff in over 7 years and probably won't ever again.

Currently around 6"1 and 89kg. I'd guess around 15% body fat.

I've always been a little squidgy round the edges since gaining weight but recently sorted my diet out. I don't have the time or patience to count calories so always estimate and aim for 200g protein a day. Noticed some great results lately, making gains and losing fat.

Meal 1
80-100g oats
30g scoop of whey protein

Meal 2
1 chicken breast and 1 sweet potato

Meal 3
4 scrambled eggs and 1 slice bread (toast)

Meal 4 (sometimes have it, sometimes don't)
1 banana and 1 scoop protein shake

Meal 5
Varies. Some meat (chicken, beef or pork), carbs (rice or potatoes), vegetables (varies)

Meal 6
Protein yoghurt (20g protein)

Usually snack on peanuts/walnuts or a protein bar if I have any.

Thoughts misc? Anything you'd change or add/remove?

Sweet lawd.

You gone full continental.

What other quick, high protein snacks are there? Scrambled eggs in the pan takes minutes, a rare steak can be cooked in minutes.

Need some other ideas to keep it interesting!
