How did we get in the clown world bros?

I go to work every day and bust my butt because I thought this is what we're supposed to do but I don't see anyone else really working. Nobody is really talking about anything ever. 3/4 of my coworkers up and quit. Nobody looks like they enjoy work anymore. How did things get like this? Why does it seem like everyone just doesn't wanna do anything anymore?
