Rentcels GTFIH!!!



Cliffs:

- Avg mortgage interest rates 12 months ago: ~3%, today: 5%
- Housing prices may plateau or will increase slowly but will not crash (in 2022)
- Inventory increasing but still low, more supply otw
- 2022 housing market remains a seller's market
- Only 3 metro areas saw a drop in rent prices within the past yr (Milwaukee, KC, Minneapolis)
- Joe Blow apparently has a "5-yr Housing Supply Action Plan" to boost housing, lower the cost to rentcels and home buyers
- Just lol @ rentcels
