Just eat out every day at Mcdonald's...or if you are willing to spend 200+ per week, get those nutrition meals that are shipped to your home, and all you have to do is microwave them.

Yes, at the tail end of my thesis I was basically eating every meal sans breakfast in my office. It's easy enough to do:
1. Breakfast- Oats plus glass of milk and scoop of protein.
2. Morning snack- protein bar or banana.
3. Lunch:

4. Protein shake.
5. Dinner:

3. Lunch:

4. Protein shake.
5. Dinner:

Back off, Warchild.
Seriously.

Oven you just set it and forget it
How is crock pot bland? Do you even seasonings?
can make a Mississippi roast and that'll last 4 days
Microwavable meals will be way blander than anything made on actual heat
And you can microwave potatoes, frozen veggies, all that
There's microwavable rice, but thats more expensive

Eat fiber cereal with protein shake and wash it down with power greens drink mix.
It's actually good to mentally take away the food stimulus of enjoyment.

Oven is light years better. I cook meat in a cast iron pan in the oven that way I can boil it out on the stove for fast clean up. Way faster than scrubbing away on a fukkin roasting pan.

No. What are you, 5 years old? What kind of adult can't cook and feed themselves properly? That's some next level laziness or lack of confidence. Both?

go to Costco and buy Trident Salmon Burgers, Sweet Potatoes, and Frozen Broccoli/Vegetables in bulk.
https://www.costco.com/trident-seafo...100416105.html
you can very quickly steam the burgers in the microwave along with the vegetables and sweet potatoes. repeat with similar items.
also - you could try a meal delivery service like FACTOR -

Microwave diet? Are you smoking crack? Microwaves zap the nutrients out of your food. They are also terrible for your health, google it then dump your microwave.

The key to the air fryer is a little pan for the bottom and a rack above that.
The heat still circulates and the pan catches the grease. simple to clean.
Both items cost about $10 together if that.

“Whenever you cook food, you’ll have some loss of nutrients,” says registered dietician and certified food scientist Catherine Adams Hutt, RD, Ph.D. "The best cooking method for retaining nutrients is one that cooks quickly, exposes food to heat for the smallest amount of time and uses only a minimal amount of liquid."
Guess what? Microwave cooking does that.

Back to topic though OP. I would recommend the below, srs. You can cook it in the oven, microwave, or air fryer. I personally do the air fryer option, but microwave works too.

Also I cook scrambled eggs with skim milk and low fat cheese in the microwave. My ratio is usually 4 eggs, 1 cheese slice, half cup of skim milk, ends up being 365 Calories, 34.5g Protein, 20.5g Fat, 9g Carbs. Add some reduced fat chicken hotdogs to spice it up sometimes. Otherwise add seasonings like Italian Seasoning, Adobo, etc.

When you heat it up in a microwave, you can

Get some pre-cooked bacon, microwave some and put it on the pizza before rolling it up.
You're welcome.
