I have a scoop of greens powder and that’s about it besides the occasional salad when I’m out. Haven’t died yet

all different ways possible, except blender shakes not so much

spinach out of the can in a bowl heated in a bowl in the microwave or in a pot on the stove and then with a little vinegar and olive oil and pepper

turnip/mustard/collard greens same as above

or raw spinach in a salad - just had this in my own version of the 'spicy Italian' salad Fri night.

big salads about two to three times a month

broccoli steamed in the microwave in a topped bowl, then add a few slices of Kraft cheese or sliced cheddar cheese on top with the lid on until it melts over the broccoli.

green beans out of the can I do often, heated in a pot on the stove with a little malt vinegar and a dab of bacon grease seasoning

sweet peas out of the can I do often, heated in a pot on the stove with a little butter and sugar

-Tossed in a little olive oil and broiled with a pinch of salt and pepper.

-Steamed. My favorite is steamed broccoli with a squirt of fresh lemon juice on it.

I use a nutribullet and make the fruit + veggie drinks. I've been keeping like a 70/30 ratio of veggies to fruit. It's bretty gud sometimes

I’ve started using frozen mixed veg. 2 cups = 3 or maybe 4 portions.

I use fresh veg for pasta and prefer the taste of fresh veg but frozen is more convenient.

I stuff some leafy greens in there, usually kale or collard greens (one is usually on sale at the grocery store) some cauliflower or broccoli, some carrots. For fruits usually whatever is on sale or in season (mangoes, grapes, pomegranates, etc) but usually some kind of melon (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew) some citrus (try for pineapple or just whatever variety of oranges.) For my taste it doesn't really need a lot of fruit to mask the bitter flavor of the veggies.

I eat cucumbers raw or with a little dip. Broccoli I have steamed with salt and pepper. Spinach? I steam it and just devour it in one bite or I dress it up with some protonz on the side.

Veggies are tasty and it's honestly easier to eat them straight up or included in a balanced meal.

put a bunch of spinach leaves in my shakes and blend it.
I also make fajitas ( bell peppers and onions) in a cast iron and sautee it. IT goes well with pork or beef.

Beside that, I can't say I eat veggies religiously.
Fruits on the other hand...all day everyday.

I don't eat them. They really don't sit well in my stomach/digest well. I feel 1000X better if I don't eat them.

I do not buy that they are necessary to be healthy or any of that jazz. There are tons of tribesman/societies that have not only survived but have thrived without growing/cultivating/consuming vegetables.

Its been years since I've had a portion size of any kind of veg. I do enjoy the occasional baby carrot or two but that's about it.

I eat regular food.

Sometimes I steam vegetables and cover them in soy sauce.

I also fry peppers in olive oil.

I put 4-5 oz of spinach in a smoothie everyday with a bunch of other stuff and whey

A ziplock sandwich bag per day of raw organic veggies during the week (standard veggies taste horrid these days).

Then about the only cooked veggies I can handle is in bolognese meat sauce. Great way to get those tomatoes in. I don't enjoy tomatoes any other way, strangely.

Blend mixed greens for micronutrient gains in the morning. If you drink ~3 cups of leafy greens, your micros are basically done for the day. After that, whatever I get is just a bonus. Usually will dice, sautee, and season the phuck outta them. I hate veggies but I absolutely feel 100x better when I eat them, so I force myself to do it

I buy fresh broccoli and greens beans. I'll put 1 tbsp grapeseed oil, salt and pepper on about a cup of either/both and throw them in the air fryer on the veggie setting. They come out great.
