Autism, and the keto diet
Any time someone falls for the "everybody on earth is doing this wrong, when you start doing this instead, you will unlock a sweet cheat code that will give you an advantage", they are acting like an autist. When you categorize anentire macro-nutrientas "bad", you are acting like an autist.
No, not everyone on earth is wrong. People eat carbs because it is normal to eat carbs. It is optimal to eat carbs. Harnessing energy-rich, starchy carbohydrate sources is what allowed our brains to develop so that we could become human beings. It is natural for humans to eat carbs. Our bodies are built to consume carbs.
Do I believe that the keto diet can be used for a short period of time to accomplish some specific goal related to fitness? Sure, I guess. Do I think someone should follow the keto diet as their main diet? Absolutely, if they need to reduce their seizure threshold. Otherwise, you are an autist that fell hook, line, and sinker for an internet fad promoted by other autists.
Stop falling for stupid fads that trick you into believing that you've discovered some simple black & white trick that will elevate you among normal people. You are not in some special club of people that discovered some amazing thing. You are an autist.

Keto is what allowed me to lose like 50 pounds and get below I've been since I was like 18. Chit works for people who have an issue with carb intake and overall eating disorders.

Please find your reason for following a ketogenic diet in this article. If it is not there, try adding it to the article. If it approved as an addition, I will concede.
