I used to have one, but I don't anymore. I try my best to angle my angus towards the water pressure, I even tried standing on my hands with my legs in the air like a starfish. The problem with that is I don't have a hand free to scrub my rubadub, and the wife started pretending she couldn't hear me when I called for assistance.

scrub ass with soap, spread cheeks, and let the water from the showerhead wash through it not hard.

I have a detachable one and a lot of times cant be bother removing it

The detachable shower head saved my ass, literally, when I was in the quarantine camp last year.


My back seized up and I couldn't even walk without excruciating pain. Literally unable to walk, had to crawl to move, and couldn't use the toilet as sitting and twisting was impossible. Crawled into the shower and used the detachable shower head to clean my ass instead.


It's actually a cleaner method. I'd do it all the time if it were more convenient to do it.

I have a detachable shower head at home , and actually have one in my work truck for when I travel.
When I get to the motel I take the head off and install mine just so I can clean my butt .
I haven’t bought toilet paper in over two years .
I blow my nose with toilet paper , so it gets used on occasion

Lmao...I shouldn't laugh but I do it in solidarity. Fellow ****ed up back bro checking in. Blew multiple disks lifting heavy with bad posture 7 years ago and still get excruciating flare ups.
