Do you still get payed even when fired/sacked ?

Long story short i was working at bar got very drunk was seen taking drinks as i please on cctv got a disaplinary hearing 100% certain im getting fired however that period of time i worked over 30 hours that week would i still get payed even if i was caught stealing which is seen as gross misconduct.

Depends on the state but most likely they can take out money from your check for what you drank. If the theft is greater than your check you profit a few bucks for being a crook.

They would have to watch all cctv as i only drank what i underpoured for guests. Surly they cannot be that meticulous.

I got fired back in February 2020 and they paid me out a lump sum of 60k.

If you had a hearing and didn't get fired. Then you probably are just on the closely watched list. If you show yourself to have gotten the message and cleaned up your act then I doubt they fire you unless it's out of the immediate supervisors hands of course.
