Should police be given a licence to kill?

Should police be given the right to execute criminals at their own discretion? The officer's decision is final and anyone who criticizes the decision will also be sentenced to death.

American cops are legit retarded and corrupt. Anyone remember the story about the police officer (who's now chief) sending the asian kid back to the creepy white dude so he could be raped some more even though the kid was found lying on the street naked and crying about the abuse?
