does America need to be a prison?

lock down schools, hospitals, theatres, like prisons? razor wire everywhere , armed men with rifles?

what's your thoughts?

Honestly we should really think about something like 'Escape from NY'. One huge island to put all hardened criminals. Soft criminals get one shot after their initial sentence and then get the 'island'.
