"Pumper" work-out? Any one try?

Curious about the pump training workout style.

I remember stories from the Golden age about a guy the called " pumper" he would just come in every day get a pump and then be done.

Was thinking of trying this with a mix of the drop set style doing full body everyday.

Just do drop set right from the get go for every body part, get a pump and move on. No soreness. Do everyday.

I guess the pump guy was huge so it worked.

Any info about this ?

Wish it was easy to get bike equipment that was safe OTC like in some countries.

I take days off fairly random, depending on energy left after work.

I really hate split routines because my rest days are random, just never know how drained gonna be after work to hit the gym. So if I miss a day in a split it just annoys the piss out of me that it throws everything out of wack.

You could try the blood occlusion training. Said to give you amazing pumps with moderate weights.

I'm 44 , not really gonna gain any more size as a natural no matter what I do. I'm already pretty big and well muscled seriously.

Just a matter of staying fit and toned, getting in better shape in general.

If all I did was cardio I'd still be bigger than 50% of miscers.

Basically was gonna do a full body routine, maximize use of machine and cable equipment and do 1 drop set for everything. Mix it up daily. Just hit everything once with a drop set get a good pump and activation in every muscle group, but never really enough to ever feel any soreness on anything. Just do that every day in I go in the gym.

Are you going from your 1 rep max down or are you going at like 80% and down?

Think I'll start light and work up to about a 5 rep max and then back down
