ITT: homemade pineapple/bacon pizza for cheat day + physique update (cutters gtfih)

5'10 @ 172 this morning. Made some pineapple bacon pizzas. Came out really well. Pizza is probably the quintessential cheat meal. Might have a Sam Adam's Boston Lager in the sun later.







Technically, I wanted to cut until June 1st. I find it's been going really well so I'm planning on extending it until the end of the month, possibly dipping down into the high 160s. I'll be a bit more liberal with my calories because I do like to sit in the sunshine having the odd beer or two sometimes.

It's apparently a french canadian thing. Seriously, it took me nearly three and a half decades to realize this. Cheese on top. But yeah, I like melting and then broiling the cheese on top of everything cuz it keeps it all nice and tight.
